Fees
The fees are £8.00 per session (2.5 hours) and parents will normally
be billed half-termly in advance. To be paid within the first two
weeks of that half term. If half-termly billing presents a problem
do contact the manager to discuss alternative arrangements. There
can be no reductions or refunds if your child is sick or on holiday;
this is to keep your child's place at Pre-school secure.
Admissions
The pre-school is open to every family in the community
offering 26 places. Your child's name may be placed on a waiting
list at any time. Places will be offered on a first-come-first-served
basis to the first 26 children on the list. Any places not taken
will then be offered to the child next on the list until all the
places are full. See the admissions policy in our policy booklet
for more details.
Starting Pre-School
Firstly we ask you to complete and return the Registration
and Authorisation Form, together with the fee payable. We do ask
for a £8 registration fee to cover administration costs.

now.
We are unable to 'swap' sessions on a random basis although
we will try and accommodate any extra sessions required. They will
be charged at the full amount
Once you have returned your form and fee, you will receive a copy
of our Policies and procedures to read and adhere to. You will also
receive your child's admissions and permissions forms, and
will be asked to provide photos of anyone authorised to collect
your child.
We would advise you to visit the pre-school prior to the start date.
A visit will enable you to meet the staff, your child's key
worker and to ask any questions. You will also be able to experience
the daily routine, which includes registration time, free play/focus
activities, tidy up time, snack time and story time at the end of
the session. Then two other settling in visits can be arranged with
your child's key worker.
